Service Agreement 07/2022
Service Agreement 07/2022

For the purpose of this document the terms Client, Owner, Pet Owner and Customer are synonymous with the person contracting services for one or more domestic animals. This service agreement permits Back 2 Back Pet Care, (hereafter referred to as B2BPC) to accept all future reservations and provide service without an additional signed service agreement.

Communication – Is done through our client management system. You can schedule pet sitting and walks, cancel visits, add notes to your schedule, communicate with sitters through journals or send management a message all through our system. This allows us to keep detailed records.

Consultation / Meet and Greet - Consultations are required for all new clients. The purpose of this meeting is to make sure that we are a good fit for each other. At this time we go over all pet and home care. Please provide us with three key copies at this time.

Reservations / Payment - Reservations are made through our client management system. We do not accept phone, email or text reservations. Reservations must be made online through our client management system. Do not contact your sitter directly. Reservations are made to plan sitter availability. Therefore, clients returning home early will be required to pay for the time reserved. Payment in full is due on or before first day of service via credit card unless special arrangements are agreed upon by both parties. Credit cards will automatically be charged on your invoice due date. All reservations are confirmed using your choice of communication settings in our client management system.

Returning Home - All customers are required to confirm their return home to B2BPC by replying to their last journal or marking your trip complete. Otherwise we will continue to make visits to ensure the wellbeing of your pet(s) at standard pet sitting rates.

Cancellation fees – See our website for current fees.

Holidays - See our website for current holiday info.

Pets Sits - Minimum Visit Requirements - All dogs must be seen a minimum of every 12 hours, crated dogs must be seen a minimum of 3 times per day. All cats must be seen once every 24 hours. All other animals as advised by Pet Owner.

Online Registration and Profile - B2BPC uses a safe and encrypted online client management system to store client's information. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the system is always up to date with the most current pet and home information. The sitters will be using the info provided as the ultimate instruction for pet and home care.

Client Updates - We offer journals to all our clients as daily updates with or without photos, sent using your communication preference. Please note the time that you receive the update does not always indicate the time that we were at your home or provided care for your pet(s).

Home Care - B2BPC complimentary services. Examples: Bringing in the mail, opening and closing blinds/curtains, alternating lights, moving garbage/recycling to and from the curb and watering plants inside and out. B2BPC will work hard to follow your written instructions as precisely as possible but cannot be held liable if the results are not favorable, including water damage or missed plants.

Household Emergencies – B2BPC is not responsible for damage to the home beyond the control of the Pet Sitter. This includes, but is not limited to leaks, electrical problems, and acts of nature. All repairs and related fees (including special service, emergency service time and coordination fees) will be paid by the client, or fully reimbursed to B2BPC within 5 days.
